Sex and high blood pressure


Brazil’s Health Ministry advised its citizens to have sex more often to combat chronic diseases. This was stated when launching the campaign to prevent high blood pressure that is affected a quarter of Brazil’s 190 million population.
“People need to be active. Playing football is not the only physical activity for adults on weekends. All the adults have to walk, dance, and safe sex,” said Jose Gomes Temporao as quoted from the Telegraph.
Increasing physical activity primarily sexual relationship for health is also promoted in an interview on a news site, G1. “This is no joke. This is serious. Regular physical exercise also means sex, as long as it is done safely,” he said.
Temporao reveal, sex, dancing, maintain weight and proper diet helps maintain blood pressure remains normal.
He added, a health problem in Brazil is a ‘time bomb’ that will explode at any time. In 20 years, it is estimated that there will be “giants” populations of the Brazilian who suffer from chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol.
